San Diego Grill is a restaurant at 5535 S Williamson Blvd, Suite 656, Port Orange, Florida 32128. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Automatically, when you visit. Standard technical information your browser sends: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, how long you stayed, and the site or ad that referred you. This is ordinary web traffic data and we use it to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful.

When you apply for a job. Our careers page asks for your name, phone number, email address, the position you are interested in, a resume, and anything you choose to write in the message field. We use it to consider you for work at San Diego Grill, and nothing else.

We do not ask for payment details on this website. Online orders are handled by Grubhub on their own site, under their privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to see how the site is used — which pages get visited, which links get clicked, and whether visitors arrive from an ad or a search. These services set cookies in your browser and collect the technical information described above.

We also run small advertising campaigns from time to time and measure which of them lead to visits or actions on the site. This tells us that a campaign worked. It does not tell us who you are.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking them will not stop you using the site.

Where your information goes

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Job applications go to the manager who reviews them. Beyond that, information is shared only with the services that run this website and its tools — hosting, email delivery, and the analytics named above — and only so they can do that work.

We will share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.

Other companies' services

This site links out to Grubhub, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and Tripadvisor. Once you are on those services you are covered by their privacy policies, not this one. The same is true if you order, review, or message us through them.

Keeping and removing information

We keep job applications for as long as we may still need them, and remove them when we no longer do. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule.

Ask us to delete your application and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — call the restaurant and we will help.

Children

This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will remove it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, including sending the site over a secure connection and keeping resumes private. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Changes

If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and change the effective date above.
